Our NHC Broker Collective is here to take care of the local real estate professionals and their clients with a wealth of experience and expertise. We want to be the builder of choice for brokers to help simplify and secure sales with higher commissions and early payouts.
BROKER COLLECTIVE COMMISSION OVERVIEW*
- Visit one of our on-site Sales Galleries with your Client or call ahead to register your Client.
- Complete and receive approval of your Client’s loan approval and receive 1/3rd of the available broker commission for any homesite that is contracted.
- Receive your Client’s loan lock if applicable and another 1/3rd of commission will be paid.
- Receive the remaining balance of your broker commission upon your Client’s contracted homesite closing.
- If representing a cash buyer, brokers earn 50% of the available commission upon verification of funds.
